Kinra has appointed Charlotte Darth as Chairman of the Board. Charlotte has extensive experience in leading and developing consulting and software companies from both operational management roles and board assignments and will work closely with the board and management team to further strengthen Kinra's continued growth, strategic development and long-term value creation. 

Charlotte Darth has extensive experience from leading positions within professional services and software companies, with a strong track record of driving growth, building commercial organizations and leading strategic business transformation initiatives. During her career, she has worked at the intersection of technology, data and business development in both Nordic and international organizations. As Chairman of the Board, Charlotte will work closely with the board and the management team to support Kinra's strategic agenda, accelerate growth initiatives and strengthen the company's position within consulting services for ERP systems, data, integration and automation.
