Kinra Group has acquired Vipetech, a specialist company in automation and efficiency optimization of business processes. Through the acquisition, Kinra strengthens its expertise in process automation and at the same time expands the group's offering to customers who want to streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and create more data-driven operations. Following the acquisition, the group has a turnover of approximately SEK 270 million.
The acquisition is Kinra's fifth since the group was formed and represents another step in the ambition to gather leading specialist companies within ERP, data, integration, automation, and AI. Today, Kinra consists of five niche specialist operations that together help customers create more cohesive, efficient, and future-proof business processes. Following the acquisition, the group has a turnover of approximately SEK 270 million.
Vipetech was founded in 2010 and today has 25 employees with a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million. The company complements Kinra's offering through its deep specialist expertise in intelligent automation and digitization of business processes. The demand for automation solutions continues to increase, while rapid developments in artificial intelligence and AI agents create new opportunities for organizations to streamline and develop their processes. By combining intelligent automation, AI agents, and robotic process automation (RPA), Vipetech helps its customers streamline business-critical workflows, increase productivity, and free up time for more value-creating work.
