Kinra Group has acquired Update Affärssystem i Göteborg AB, a Gothenburg-based consulting company with specialist expertise in Microsoft ERP systems Dynamics 365 and Business Central. The acquisition strengthens Kinra's offering and broadens the group's presence in Gothenburg. Update adds a complementary competence base and confirms Kinra's ambition to build a Nordic specialist group within business applications, data, integration, and automation.
A strategic step in Kinra's development
The acquisition of Update is a natural step in Kinra's continued development. Kinra gathers companies with deep competence in ERP systems, data, integration, and automation, with a focus on helping customers create simpler, more efficient, and more coherent business processes.
Update strengthens Kinra's position within Microsoft's ERP ecosystem and adds specific competence within MS Dynamics and Business Central. They also bring deep knowledge with over 35 years in the industry, with long and close customer relationships and 20 skilled specialists. Through the acquisition, Kinra also broadens its geographical presence in Western Sweden, giving the group a stronger local platform in an important business region.
Together with Update, Kinra today has 100 employees with 8 offices in Sweden. There is a strong demand for the group's services, driven by the increasing importance and complexity of integrating and automating central business processes, accelerating cloud migration, as well as an increased focus on data, analysis, and cybersecurity.
